Employees have access to the app via a secure login and a personal PIN for sensitive areas (2-factor authentication), such as salary or personal information.
Brand new: The absence planner
From November 2023, just in time for the start of annual vacation planning, absence planning will be child's play. The new absence planner offers a dedicated desktop view so that supervisors have a clear planning view with all employees in front of them. All outstanding absence requests are displayed at a glance. Another new feature is the comment function, which supervisors can use to contact employees with queries. A distinction can be made between a personal, team or company view of the requests. The new absence planner in Favur was implemented priotrially based on the needs of customers and makes everyday planning easier, stress-free and chaos-free.

The Favur app and web application is being used by more and more companies and has been rewarded with prestigious awards: In May 2023, Favur won gold in the category "Business" at the Best of Swiss Web Awards and in October it won silver in the category "Business Impact" and bronze in "Enterprise" at the Best of Swiss Apps Award!
